Mission

Our mission is to help develop a national security strategy and foreign policy to foster peace, cohesion and prosperity. In the private sector, investment decisions require rigorous and accurate analysis to understand unfolding political risk. Our goal is to assist policymakers and investors to make the right choices by avoiding risks and utilising opportunities.
Method

We employ multiple tools and methods like historical analysis, timeline indicators, trend analysis, scenario modelling and technical analysis. Also, we increase the accuracy of our judgments by reducing cognitive biases. We utilise red teams, Delphi, competing hypothesis, and deception evaluation, when necessary, to ensure our clients receive the best advice.
Values

It is difficult for most practitioners to draw the line between good or evil and right or wrong. The just war principle serves as a guide in our approach to national security issues. Fairness, equity, and the legality of our actions are some values we cherish.
